【Cosmetic Products; Non-devices】 
> Simple Remorse:
For the non-device products (including cosmetics, body, and hair care products),
We regret to inform you that due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges (even of unopened and unused items) as we strive to provide each customer with brand-new products straight from our warehouse.

> Damaged or defective skincare products (including cosmetics, body, and hair care products):
A replacement is applicable within 30 days from the date of receipt.
Kindly contact us, and we will assist you accordingly.

 

【Age-R Devices; U.S.】
> Change Mind & Unopened:
A refund due to a change of mind is only eligible within 30 days of receiving and will only be accepted if the product is returned in original, sealed, and unopened condition.
*In the case of a return for simple remorse (change of mind), the customer is in charge of paying the shipping fee.

> Damaged or defective Age-R Device:
A replacement is applicable within one year of the received date. (No refund)

*We do not currently support the free repair service for damage from the customer's fault within the warranty period.
*For your information, we need proof that your device is defective for a replacement. In this sense, we may ask you to share a video showing the device's malfunction issues to confirm the defects.


【Age-R Devices; International orders】
You will be responsible for paying customs fees and returning shipping fees.
Additionally, we cannot provide free return shipping labels for international customers.
